How do I pay for my plans?

    For monthly plans, go to Settings -> Payment -> Purchase Plan. For annual plans, tax invoices are issued.

    Can I get an additional discount if I make a payment for a long-term plan of 1 year or more?

    We will give you a discount of about 20% compared to the monthly plan.

    I have paid for the plan, but the number of documents was not charged.

    If the existing number of documents remains when you make the payment, the number of new documents will be charged after you use up the remaining documents. Also, the expiration date will be applied not from the payment date but from the charged date.
