You can download application and enter simple information and join.

The user guide is available on the download page at the bottom of the Home screen.

Log in to eSignon -> Settings at the top right -> Manage your company account -> Click unsubscribe.

You can not leave the company if you are a company leader.

When you close your company, all documents, including archived documents, will be deleted immediately. Please choose carefully.

You can add a logo using the photo box of the control boxes built in eSignon.

There is no restriction on the designation of the settlement.

Unsigned documents will not be deleted unless the company is closed.

However, when the company is closed, all documents are deleted and can not be recovered.

Once all the documents have been signed, you can download them from Approval -> Complete.

You can enter the company code and temporary password in the e-mail received to the requestor of the signing and sign the document.

Security inquiries

All eSignon documents and data are securely stored in Microsoft Azure, which has acquired the security management standards ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1/2/3, CSA Star and others.

eSignon does not store the user’s signature on the server.

In addition, we use strict authentication such as company name, temporary password, etc., so that others can not steal signatures.

Fee and payment inquiries

A user-specific rate is a rate that you pay for the number of people you use.

We would like to recommend to all customers who want to proceed with the contract regardless of the number of settlement or the number of users.

A specific plan is a plan to purchase and use the number of settlements to be used in advance.

We would like to recommend to customers who want to contract without limitation of the number of users or the number of use by period.

Monthly plans are available for 30 days from the date of payment.

The annual plan is available for one year from the date of payment.

It is 30% cheaper than monthly price.

For companies, a tax invoice will be issued.

If you are an individual, we will notify you of the account you can deposit and issue a cash receipt.

You can check your company until you close it.

If you click on the ‘OK’ button in the program after selecting the payment form within the program, the payment count will be deducted.
